I’m a Manchester-based plant-based chef, grower, and forager, passionate about helping people enjoy delicious, affordable plant-based food and learn how to create it themselves without breaking the bank. As a director here at ALL OF US MCR, my passion is to create space for everyone’s voice, bring communities together through food. Highlighting community champions and ensuring equal opportunities for all.
Norton Robinson
Director
I am a community food organiser, mushroom grower and founder of FungALL CIC. I’m passionate about using food to bring people together, reduce waste and create opportunities for people to learn, contribute and feel part of their community. My work combines creativity, sustainability and social action, from growing mushrooms on local waste to creating welcoming shared meals. Through ALL OF US MCR, I want to help build spaces where everyone feels valued, comfortable and able to connect over incredible food.
Aga Kolek
Director
I am a seeker of a better way of life who stepped off the corporate ladder to channel my skills into empowering local Manchester communities. Rooted in my Polish heritage, I’m a passionate home fermenter and seasonal forager who loves sharing food and homemade preserves. At ALL OF US MCR, I focus on turning big ideas into hands-on action, creating warm, inclusive spaces where neighbours can connect.
